Welcome to Skayter Dean LLC, a 24/7 residential home where adults with mental health needs can live, feel supported, and receive compassionate care.
Our dedicated team provides a safe and nurturing environment focused on stability, dignity, and helping each individual move toward greater independence.

Populations we serve

We serve adults (18+) with a range of mental health diagnoses, including:

  • Schizophrenia

  • Schizoaffective Disorder

  • Bipolar Disorder

  • Major Depressive Disorder

  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

  • Generalized Anxiety Disorder

  • Panic Disorder

  • Co-occurring Mental Health & Substance Use Disorders

 

All admissions are subject to clinical screening to ensure appropriate placement and level of care.

Now accepting referrals for private and shared room placements.
